SUR LES TOITS

Le projet s'est nourri de la structure urbaine de la cité, de son ambiance, de son vocabulaire aléatoire et spontané. Nous avons densifié l'îlot tout en regroupant des thèmes qui nous semblent essentiels à la manière de vivre en ville : conserver son individualité dans des zones de vie collective, conserver et magnifier les espaces verts, faciliter les déplacements. Le principe de logements compacts a été morcelé afin de permettre des respirations visuelles : les espaces verts deviennent alors les interstices entre les blocs de vie. Le rez de chaussée est pensé comme un vaste parvis avec ses jardins, celui-ci permettant la mise en place d'une aire d'accés piétons, bicyclettes et véhicules sous les bâtiments sur pilotis. La pente de la rue nous permet d'être semi-enterrè sur la partie stationnement véhicules et ansi de faire disparaître ceux-ci par un soubassement opalescent. Le travail des espaces verts permet un soubassement végétalisé vu depuis la rue.

The project has fed the urban structure of the city, its atmosphere, its random and spontaneous vocabulary. We densified while grouping together themes that seem essential to the way of life in the city: keep her individuality in collective living areas, maintain and magnify the green spaces, facilitating travel. The principle of compact housing has been fragmented to allow visual breaths: green areas then become the interstices between the living blocks. The ground floor is designed as a vast square with its gardens, one for the establishment of an access area pedestrians, bicycles and vehicles under the buildings on stilts. The slope of the street allows us to be half-buried on vehicle parking and ansi part to remove them by an opalescent base. The work of a vegetated green space allows base seen from the street.
